Human review and professional accountability
PlanPulse never decides anything about a person. Every recommendation travels the same path: it is offered, examined against the documentation behind it, and accepted only when an authorized professional says it reflects the person accurately.
Step 1: A suggestion is offered, never applied
Anything prepared with AI assistance arrives as a proposal for review. It is clearly labeled as AI-assisted and is not part of the plan until a person decides it belongs there.
Step 2: The coordinator reviews it alongside the evidence
The authorized Service Coordinator can see the documentation a suggestion draws on, then accept it, rewrite it in their own words, or set it aside. Language the coordinator wrote is never removed by the system.
Step 3: A supervisor reviews within their authority
Where an organization requires it, a Supervisor reviews the prepared plan and may approve it, ask for changes, or decline it—each outcome recorded with the reviewer's own notes.
Step 4: Approval and signature belong to people
Approvals and electronic signatures are made by named, authorized professionals and are tied to one specific version of the plan, which is then preserved unchanged.
Step 5: The trail stays available for accountability
Who reviewed, who approved, what changed, and when are retained so an organization can answer those questions later without guesswork.
No plan is ever finalized, signed, or shared by the system on its own. Professional judgment stays with the people who know the person.

Enrollment is invitation-only and confirmed by an administrator. There is no public sign-up, and accounts are not created from anything submitted on this website.

Authorized users sign in with strong password requirements and a second step of verification, and access can be ended by an administrator when someone leaves a role.
Access follows the working relationship
Role-based permissions and organization boundaries mean a person's information is visible to the authorized team supporting them, not to everyone with an account.
Documents stay in protected storage
Uploaded documentation is held in private, access-controlled storage, protected in transit and at rest where supported, and is never made publicly reachable by a link.
A clear record of care taken
Who viewed a person's information and what changed in their plan is recorded, so an organization can always show how that information was handled.
Restraint when technology assists
Only what is needed is shared when technology assists, always within the organization's own settings, and anything prepared that way returns to a person for review.

Service plans, documentation, and everything else about the people teams serve live inside the protected application, behind sign-in, and are available only to authorized members of that organization. Requesting a demonstration shares your professional contact details with us—nothing more—and does not create an account or grant access.
